The bothy- peaceful country life near the sea
The bothy is a beautiful newly converted farm building located on the east mainland of Orkney. The property is in the countryside, surrounded by farmland and just along the road from one of several wonderful beaches in Deerness. Should you need any items for a baby like a carrier (any age), seat, snuzpod, cot/ cotbed, highchair, etc. Please let us know prior to your arrival, along with the age of the baby/toddler. We also have a 4 bedroom house next door should you need a bigger accommodation

While the annexe is connected to the host's own house it is self contained and private. Friendly help and advice is right next door!

Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

Welcome to a unique and interesting stay for your trip to the Highlands. Unlike most glamping pods, Koya has plug sockets, a real bed with bedding, and a deck area you can sit out on and enjoy the stars. There is a fully equipped communal area with a hot shower, toilet, kitchen facilities and all you need to cook a meal, there's also a fridge and freezer. the kitchen has a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and hob. Outside is a fire pit, BBQ, coffee machine, & pool table.
