Our cute 2 bedroom cottage, a part of Mihaila Seaside Village, locates just 50 m from picturesque Spartia beach offering 2 bedrooms, living room with an open-plan kitchen, glassed-in veranda, bathroom with WC/shower and lovely green yard around. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - 2 single beds. On the veranda, there is 1 more single bed, where the 5th guest can quite comfortably settle down. Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The house is just outside of the village of Pessada, Kefalonia Isl. (Ionian Islands, western Greece). Leaving from the village of Pessada, the central road are leading you to the small port of Pessada (Kefalonia), where a F/B twice a day serves to connect with Ag. Nicolas port (Zante Isl.) There are signs and as you approach to the Port you will find on R/H a sign "Villa Gaia" which leads to the house. Nearby house there are two cute beaches where you can reach them by foot (500m.)
