I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Near the mouth of Blacksmith Fork Canyon, this beautiful custom 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect family getaway with stunning mountain views and only an hour from Bear Lake. We do charge $10 nightly per person after 8. We sleep up to 12. We have cushy couches and 3 queen air mattresses. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd level with a half bath on the main level. We’ve got a 3 car wide driveway for parking. This home is located in a cul-da-sac in a family neighborhood.

Situated behind The Farmhouse is the idyllic orchard with over 250 apple trees.
