The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.

Welcome to my charming three-bedroom countryside cottage. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a cosy living space that exudes warmth. The living room features wood panelling, adding character to the area, while a wood-burning fireplace stands as a focal point, perfect for creating a snug ambience on chilly evenings. Large windows frame panoramic views of the countryside, inviting nature's beauty indoors.

Cherry Tree Farm- The Annexe

Our annexe has its own entrance, guests have a large bedroom with a seating area. There is a further dining area to sit and breakfast in, and a shower room beyond. There is a kettle and toaster and a small fridge. Some fruit, yogurt, sourdough and spreads will be provided Our home was built circa 1490, the ceilings are low in the bedroom but can accommodate up to 6ft 4" without ducking
