Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Luxury boutique New Forest cottage situated within the forest. Newly refurbished to a high standard, the perfect place and location for walking, cycling, sailing, horse riding or relaxing. This cottage, one of a row, is peacefully located in the village of Pilley with the quaint, local village shop only 100 yards away and one of the oldest pubs in Hampshire is less than a 10-minutes walk. Ponies and cattle wander freely along the roads and even right outside the front door of the cottage.

Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.
