Whether you are traveling solo for work, or for recreation with your family, our lovely two bedroom, 1200 square foot guest house is ideal. One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

This cozy cottage is dressed to the nines with midcentury flair! Vintage art and décor are paired with modern appliances and comfy furniture. You'll stay in a safe and quiet family neighborhood, two blocks from coffee, restaurants, and vintage shopping in adorable downtown Tipp City. Upstairs, there's a queen bed and two twins. Downstairs, a futon converts to a full-size bed. Note: We are close to the train! It's charming, but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to choose another spot.

Located on Seminole Island at Indian lake, this cottage is a seven-minute walk from Cranberry Resort and a two-minute walk from Pew Island where there is a public boat dock and nature trail. You will have access to a driveway that is capable of holding three cars and a boat. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill - plan on supplying your own charcoal and wood. Have questions? Cottage at Fairwinds

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.
