Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

Ready for year-round outdoor sports, fishing, boating, biking, family camping trips. Near 1000 Islands, several lakes/waterways, 5 room apartment is one side of host duplex, 3 private entrances. King bed, 1 twin upstairs, 2 folding cots. Bathroom downstairs. WIFI; FireTV, HDMI cord provided; TVs w/DVD. RED box nearby.

The Rock House up in the trees!

Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

The Flour Loft above a bakery #1

Enjoy a unique experience at The Flour Loft, located above a quaint bakery and coffee shop and is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. This studio apartment has a king bed, fully stocked kitchen, workspace area and bathroom with shower. The building was renovated in 2024, but the historic charm remains! Lowville is located in the center of Lewis County and surrounded by the Adirondacks and Tug Hill. It offers everything you'll need for a quick overnight or longer stay!

Near the apt are numerous ponds-French Pond, Long Pond, Round Pond, Rock Pond, Trout Pond, Clear Pond and Mud Pond which are all from 10 yards away to within 2 miles! Direct Snowmobiling, ATV-ing, Hiking, Kayaking with plenty of parking.

With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

The local vet clinic is 1.3 miles away with the nearest Walmart 1.5 miles away The Studio apartment is pet friendly (we love dogs)

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
