Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need . You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided.
