The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove.
