This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the basement with a private entrance. We are within minutes of the most popular venues in Sioux City, Iowa (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and theTyson Event Center). most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
