Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. This cabin is located on the shore of beautiful Lake Holly. It includes a kitchen/ dining room, living room, full bathroom, laundry room, a large bedroom, and one additional small bedroom. The large bedroom has a queen and a twinXL bed; and the small bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has three couches. Washer, dryer included. On the porch there is a charcoal grill; and there is a picnic table on a deck on the ground at the other end of the cabin. Wifi internet available.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
