Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! Welcome to the Seascape! The perfect getaway on the Bellarine is ready to make you feel at home. Located in a quiet residential area, only two minutes walk from the water, Seascape is the ideal place for a gateway while exploring this lovely corner of the world. The apartment is on the ground floor and with a completely independent entrance from our home upstairs, where I live with my husband. The Smart TV allows you to watch Netflix/YouTube using your own accounts. No channels are available.

Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast provided. Private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

The Bungalino

A touch of Venice in Portarlington...! Well-mannered dogs are most welcome but please ask them to bring their own bed. There are terrific restaurants close-by and the Bellarine is a wine growing area with plenty of cellar-door tastings. Lovely dog-friendly beach 4-minute drive away from the Bungalino.

Bayside bungalow. Enjoy a wine and take in the views from your private deck. The bungalow is spacious, private, perfect for a couple. Under 2km from the town centre, the hotel, shops, cafes and beach. The bungalow is in our back garden, but you’ll have privacy and rarely see us.
