The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Appartamento mansardato situato in zona tranquilla in centro valle, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante immerso nella natura, in un paesaggio montano, fare passeggiate e visitare luoghi mozzafiato. E' consigliato anche a chi vuole visitare la Valle d' Aosta o frequentare i vari comprensori sciistici. L'alloggio può ospitare 6/7 persone, ma con l'aggiunta di un monolocale adiacente si possono accogliere fino a 8-9 ospiti. Il prezzo si intende a persona a notte. CIR 0046

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Monolocale situato sulla collina di Quart, semplice e confortevole, composto da zona angolo cottura, letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto singola - Disponibile, su richiesta lettino da campeggio per bambini sino a 2 anni - Bagno con box doccia e lavatrice - Connessione WI-FI - Posto auto in garage condiviso con possibilità di deposito sci/bici - Spazio a disposizione su terrazzino per mangiare all'aperto e giardino ad uso esclusivo. I cani di piccola taglia sono i benvenuti.

Chalet "Il fienile della nonna"

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. There is free common parking outside belonging to the building. There is a communal sauna downstairs in the building as well and a baby cot available on request.

Mountain dreams si trova a Valpelline, una ridente località dove tutti i servizi sono a portata di mano: mini market, bar, l'ufficio postale, bancomat per il prelievo del contante, farmacia, negozio di gastronomia. Inoltre in pochi minuti di auto potrai raggiungere meravigliose passeggiate nella natura! La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2022 seguendo le più rigorose normative inerenti all'efficientamento termico.

Casa d'epoca nel centro di Aosta (CIR 0369)

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.
