Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". There are beautiful nearby walks down to the Forth River front and beach. The suite is attached to our family home but the connecting door will be kept locked ensuring your privacy.

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. We are a short walk to Murrayfield Stadium and a 7 minute tram ride to Edinburgh West End, 10 minutes to Edinburgh Mound and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We are in a quiet residential area but in minutes you can be in the midst of the bars, cafes and restaurants.

Lovely, light and bright ground floor flat. The flat backs on to a wood and is very peaceful. It’s a lovely residential area . I live in the flat and do home share . There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, my bedroom and one bedroom for guests . I have been approved and have a licence from Edinburgh Council to do Airbnb home share .
