Birdhaven - Large Cottage 6.5 miles from Southwold

Birdhaven is a delightful cottage situated on a quiet lane in the pretty village of Wenhaston, just a few miles from Southwold and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths. This charming self-catering cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of natural wonders and attractions nearby. It features lovely views of the surrounding picturesque meadows which offer wonderful sunsets. The cottage has a large garden and driveway offering private parking and the woodburner makes it an ideal cosy winter escape.

Unique 2 bedroom hut with covered dining area

The hut consists of a ground floor living room and bedroom with a second mezzanine bedroom, accessed by ladder. Both bedrooms have king-sized mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests if required. There is a canopy covered dining/cooking area with a four-ringed gas stove. Lit by solar lights in the evening. The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Gate House - Restaries at Paradise Farm

A stylish private gate house set on a 10 acre estate, relax in the secluded property. Private walks on the land through magical woodland, swim in the heated, covered pool, or escape to the forest for meditation and yoga. The owner offer a full concierge service so let them know what you need and they can arrange everything for your time there. Located a couple of miles away from the Beaches. Settle into your cosy accommodation, and relax in your roll top bath.

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
