It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Traditional Cottage in the heart of Waddington. Waddington is a small village, 2 miles of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by.
