Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2.
