Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Features include a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses (one bed pulls out from below the other), kitchenette with microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, shared firepit, and over an acre of open land with beautiful views. Simple, comfortable, and close to nature.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
