We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Pickleball courts nearby. Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Apartment — down the road from Dordt and park

This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.
