Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The Cottage

The cottage is a nice guest house located behind my home. It has its own yard area and is private from the main house. There is a privacy fence that separates the main house from the cottage to give you your own area. I just went through it all and updated it for a nicer more comfortable place. It is located between Bentonville and Rogers . Close to most any place like Crystal Bridges, bike trails and Beaver Lake!
