Historic Cabin Hideaway: Woods & Charm

The Rayburn House is one of the county’s few remaining examples of a single log-pen house. The front cabin is c. 1834 and a gable front style and the rear cabin is c. 1890. You'll love our cozy cabin with all it's rustic features while enjoying the modern upgrades within. 2 queen beds and a day bed with trundle will comfortably sleep 6. The Upper Room

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country, above the garage in our guest suite surrounded by fields of corn and soybeans. Décor of vintage airplanes and air travel fill the guest room.. Awaken to the sounds of abundant birds singing. In the evening, you can relax around the firepit. The suite was finished with repurposed barnboards, tin siding, and the old workbench was transformed to a bar countertop. An enclosed breezeway connects to the main house where the owners reside.

As you enter thru the French doors you will be greeted by an open concept room decorated with a barn/industrial motif.
