At Movement Works, Movement Works for Every Body Movement Works is a modern movement studio geared towards the instruction and celebration of all-ages. Our faculty have training that spans decades, guaranteeing that you will receive excellent instruction in the art of dance, yoga, martial arts and more; as our studio is ever-changing to meet the growing needs of those in the community. At Movement Works we are dedicated to giving our students both the joy of movement, and of stillness. We inspire students to express themselves authentically through a variety of classes for all levels and ages, designed to uplift ones spirit while strengthening the body. At Movement Works we feel that it is important to experience a sense of joy and fulfillment from our exuberant Zumba©, Piloxing© and Aerial Yoga classes to the calming still and quietness of a variety of yoga and tai chi classes to the exhilarating workshops provided. We also offer Reiki and Sound Healing sessions. Our goal is to make sure that you experience delight from your practice, a sense of accomplishment and self-worth both when you enter and when you leave our studio.
