The place is within a famous estate called "Tenuta la Fratta" that is one of the three farms selected for the breeding of this special cattle located in the Valdichiana area. You will find many restaurants in Florence that have Chianina dishes, but most of them are not authentic: you need a certification. Better to reserve a booking in advance because in summer time it is always busy.
