One of the best with Spanish style tapas. Another all time favorite of ours. Located on a hillside tucked just up from the cathedral, you'll enjoy gorgeous views over the city and ocean.

Fun vendors, street performers, tequila tasting and a nice way to walk along the ocean for some exercise. We often walk to the very north end for coffee in the morning. There is a Starbucks 1 block past the end of the Malecon.
