The Red Reef Trailhead is right down the road from the casita and is the perfect short hike to get out and stretch your legs. If you are lucky, you'll be here when the water is flowing and have a good opportunity to cool off in the creek! This hike has beautiful red cliffs and is a great introduction to the area. Leave your National Parks Pass on the dashboard to cover the park fee!

Historic Babylon is a gem right in our backyard. Just 10 minutes up the road you will find ATV trails, river access, hiking and more. The Babylon arch trail has several areas to explore. Once you get to the campsites, the trail heading to the arch is not well marked. I would not recommend going at dark. This is a sandy trail with a lot of sunlight, so bring a lot of water! Continue past the Trailhead parking and you will find additional trails and dead end at the Virgin River. I would recommend all wheel or 4 wheel drive on this road.

Babylon Arch Trailhead
Historic Babylon is a gem right in our backyard. Just 10 minutes up the road you will find ATV trails, river access, hiking and more. The Babylon arch trail has several areas to explore. Pioneer Park overlooks downtown St. George. This is a fun area to get off trail and explore the red rocks. This is a popular area for families, dogs, climbers, etc. There's a little bit of everything!

If you're up for it, ask us about the silver Reef road up pine mountain. The scenic drive to St. George has gorgeous views and tons of hiking! This is an unpaved, somewhat bumpy mountain road; however, it is generally suitable for any vehicle.

Honolulu Grill offers the best Hawaiian food in St. George that we have found! While they do have some outdoor seating, it is VERY limited. Just up the road is Vernon Worthen city park perfect for letting pup play and socialize while you chow down (if you don't mind carry out).

Surrounded by other restaurants and shopping, this is a great stop to do some poking around. There are tables on the sidewalk along Main Street as well as some parks perfect for outdoor dining.
