Food scene
Tons of great and unique restaurants and shops in the downtown Provo area. Some of our personal local favorites include: Two Jacks Pizza (the cheese sticks are a must!), Bianca’s French Bakery (be sure to try the Kronuts!), Sensuous Sandwich, and Hruska’s Kolaches (they sell out fast, but great for breakfast!). Also a lot of ethnic cuisine such as India Palace, Bombay House, and Demai Japanese Restaurant.

Downtown

Sightseeing
Just a quick drive up scenic Provo Canyon, Sundance is a great place to visit year-round. Peaceful walking trails, and gorgeous nature all around. Lots of classes are available like art, pottery and even jewelry making. Ski lift is open pretty much year-round. Amazing skiing in the winter. Zip line and an outdoor theater production in the summer. Be sure to try the Tree Room restaurant for some of the most amazing food in town. You might even spot Robert Redford while you’re there!

Sundance Mountain Resort

The art gallery has amazing art installations and wonderful exhibits year-round. Depending on the time of year, be sure to check out the football, basketball or baseball games going on, or one of the many devotional/religious conferences. Women’s Conference and Education Week are a must to check-out, but make sure to enroll early as they fill up quickly!

Indoor and outdoor pools plus water slides and splash pads. Snack bar available during the Summertime. Lots of fun for any age for a very reasonable price.
About a 30-45 minute drive from Provo down Spanish Fork Canyon. A bit of a hike to get there but totally worth it! The hot springs do cater to families with smaller children, so no nudity please. You can access this year-round too!
