A small seaside village on the Eastern side of the island. the beach stretches for many miles. There is a patrolled beach near Blue Pacific Pub. The beach to the south has an off leash dog beach. To the North, there is vehicle access to drive along the beach. You will need a beach permit to drive along the beach. The water is typically very safe for swimming but on occasions we can geta little bit of swell.

The Bellara waterfront is also very pretty with lots of parkland adjacent to the sea.
