It’s not far at all from The Lodge at Dale Street, turn left out the front door, left at the crossroads and a final left, just after the petrol station, onto Towngate and you’ll find Malagor at the bottom on the right hand side. Parking is available.

You’ll never be more than a few metres away from great restaurants, bars & cafes, notebly the famous ‘Betty’s’ tea rooms…..an experience not to be missed if you’re a fan of a good brew & a slice of cake!
This beautiful city is less than an hour’s drive away from the property and can also be accessed by train from Wakefield west gate, with a change in Leeds.
York is also famous for its fabulous racecourse. Visit the Knavesmire on a race day during your stay and experience an atmosphere like no other, especially if you back a winner!
