james Ranch is a local farm to table burger place. Really tasty food and cute farmstand to buy some take home Belford cheese and sausages. If they have the frozen enchiladas take some for later. Everything is made on site from the grass fed beef to grandma’s enchilada sauce. So yummy.

This pizza joint has 3 locations and they just opened a location on N Main. Really good pizza and gyros. Owned by the Steamworks folks so it has some of he same menu items without a wait and they have good beer too.

This is a great place to go in the heat of summer. You can camp at any of the National forest campgrounds. I love to paddle board here or hike Vallecito Creek trail in the fall to see the colors.

This is an easy hike that is accessed on the left side of hey 550 past Purgatory as you are heading to Silverton. In the summer you can hike to a waterfall. In the winter this is a lovely place for a snowshoe or cross country ski experience. Bring your pup!
