A Pocono Country Place is a private, gated association centrally located in the picturesque Poconos, consists of approximately 1,800 acres.
Boasting over 4,500 properties, 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts,
kayaks & canoes, 2 dog parks, community grills, outdoor ping pong & cornhole (or whatever they want to call it), 2 ball fields, community gardens, 1 pavilion, seasonal cafe,
2 boat launch docks, multiple playgrounds and many social opportunities initiated through Association hosted activities for all ages.
Since A Pocono Country Place is located in the heart of the Poconos, there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes indoor/outdoor water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, casinos and more!

Please note that there will be no refunds after 6 hours into your occupancy, unless a major problem occurs which is detected by my pro. The county has quiet hours from 10 am to 6 am. Please respect neighbor's privacy.
Access to the property :
You will receive the ekey or access code to the home two days day prior to your arrival. Whenever you leave the home, please lock the front door by pulling it firmly. There are spaces for 4 to 5 cars in the driveway.
Basic Amenities :
• Internet & TV WIFI code provided inside the home. The TV does not have cable but you may log on to Netflix or Amazon Prime (your accounts) with streaming device or by connecting your laptop directly to the TV with an HDMI cable (provided - your laptop may need an adapter).
• Air condition is controlled by NEST. Please turn it to 72 degrees F when you arrive. One thermostat is located in the living room and the other in the master bedroom (bedroom #1).Please reset the thermostat to 55 degrees F when you vacate the house.
• The outdoor is monitored by ring camera
• We prefer if you leave your shoes at the front door. There is a shoe rack placed at the front door entrance. You may use shoe booties if you do not wish to remove your shoes.
Pet Policy :
we allow 2 pets . The pet fee is 50 $/ night / pet.
As responsible pet owners, guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during their stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog refuse, as well as cleaning the dog before he/she comes indoors. Please refrain from using the front or rear yard as relief areas for your pet. This means you are asked to walk your dog so he/she can urinate and defecate on the street, driveway, or vacant lot adjacent to the property. Guests will not let the dog relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards. The pets are not allowed on the furniture or guest beds at any time. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on bed(s) or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees. Guests further understand that charges may apply as necessary for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by pet’s presence or behavior.
Bedrooms :
4 Bedrooms with beds and an additional air mattress under the master bed/ closet for 2 people beyond 10 people. ( 50 $ / night for additional person beyond 10 persons ( maximum 2 allowed ie. 10 + 2 )Towels are provided for all room guests. Cabinets/ drawers in each room have spare pillows, blankets
Equipment & appliances :
• Kitchen : Refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser • Microwave • Gas stove with oven • Dishwasher • Toaster • Keurig coffee maker ( pods - can be purchased at Target or Trader Joe’s) • blender • cutlery
• Laundry : Front loading washer and dryer •vacuum cleaner
• Fireplace : in the living room, remote control ( with TV remote )
• Bedrooms : Ceiling fans in the 4 bedrooms , one extra fan, one iron with board,( bedroom #3 one hair dryer( bedroom #1)
• Play room : Pool table, toys, reading books, magazines, board games, yoga mat
• Deck : Grill ( propane tank with grill), fire pit (wood and lighter fluid can be purchased from Target/local gas stations), patio furniture, hammock, swing, kayaks and one boat. Please put things back in place after use ( pillows in deck box, kayaks and paddles next to each other, life vests in the bins )
• Local Restaurants & Things to Do Menus: suggested restaurants, takeout options and local attractions are provided in the rack. The Carobeth lake is for kayaks, paddle boats and fishing. There are designated areas for swimming. The county has outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, parks and other amenities for house guests.

Checkout instructions :
• Please take out the trash (the trash and recycling bins are by the side of the house )
• Load dishes & start the dishwasher
• Return anything you may have moved back to its original location
• Please leave towels on hooks or on the baskets and linens on the beds, turn off all lights, close all windows and lower A/C to 55 degrees F, and close the back and front doors
Cleaning service available for extended stay guests. If you wish to schedule a house cleaning, you may contact me to call my house keeper. She usually needs 24-48 hrs. notice, will come to the house with her helper.
