City Ski hill where locals go. Good place to x-country ski or downhill ski. Good hiking or snowshoe trail too.
A beautiful drive to the end of Old Mission Peninsula is quite nice. The water at the lighthouse is shallow for quite a ways. Bring a chair, some drinks and make some rock towers for the afternoon. Then go to Jolly Pumpkin for dinner!

If you go, make sure to stop in Glen Arbor on your way home for a beer at Arts or some wine tasting at the M22 store. Glen Arbor is right on Lake Michigan as well.
