While you're up there, you can order a Prohibition-inspired cocktail or simply enjoy the views. Once you've had enough, you can ride back down to the ground level on the building's historic Otis elevator. Get a great view of Seattle from the Smith Tower Observatory. It may also be easier to simply catch a lyft or Uber to this park, and would take under 5mins to get from the Space Needle to the park should you opt to drive instead of walk or bike/scoot.
