This cute little brewery is off the beaten path but has a great outdoor patio right on the river. This is located in the lower level of the old Cedarburg Mill and includes a working water wheel.
They don't serve food, but most restaurants in the area deliver to the brewery

If you are looking for a little drive, this great restaurant is about a 20 minute drive and is on Lake Michigan. The outdoor patio is dog-friendly with a separate menu for dogs.
They do an excellent job with food allergies/preferences and they are most known for their naan bread- rotisserie chicken sandwiches.
