A nice cafe open early in the morning and a place to be as it is very peaceful. 5 minutes away from City commuters coming out of Holborn station but you would not know it.

A shopping centre based in a housing estate, that has won awards for its unusual architecture. A larger Waitrose is here (best supermarket - not cheapest though).

It has two swimming pools and one is outdoors and it is child friendly but always has lane swimming. Also has a good inner city gym and squash courts.

A funny little supermarket that sells lots of random delights. Owned by the people and ran by the people! Good plants and flowers and has nice homemade food to take away. Great almond croissants.
