Apparently this is the oldest pub in Newport! It has been open since 1550. It once was the only place outside C. castle! It is a very nice pub, and there is live music most Friday & Saturday nights

An IOW landmark! Dating back to the 1000s, the castle has had numerous functions over the years, including hosting Princess Beatrice. The museum is quite interesting too.
