It is more like a museum! I do not know where he gets all the things from :-) Also it changes all the time ! There are Daleks on the ceiling...plane propellers, boat propellers, the bar is actually a boat. You do NOT have to eat here, you can simpy pop in for a drink/coffee breakfast or Beer, because he has his own micro brewery too.

When the Channel Tunnel was made, all of the mud that was dug out needed to be put somewhere. so they made this area into a nature reserve. ...there is a cafe and visitors centre and also a short walk (20 minutes) is the beautiful beach called Shakespeare's Beach, which you would have to yourself most of the time, with the Cliffs right behind you and the water is very clear. As you walk, you also have a brilliant view of the Channel and the boats heading to France.
