In the summer, a nice place for some easy (or harder) mountain biking and hiking. You can get there by bike via the Multifunctional Trail. There's a beach as well. In the winter, a wonderfully scenic place for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

On a warm day, a canoe trip on the Rivière Rouge is a must. Bring your lunch, because there area plenty of nice sandy beaches on which to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Nice, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable staff, and happy to help you whether you're training for the Ironman, exploring the mountain biking trails, or taking your family for a leisurely bike ride.
