Beautiful surroundings, hike along a path to the platform facing the waterfall. Also continue to the cove of Paradise a little further in the lava field, please stay on the wooden plank path and no dipping in the pool. Take a longer hike down the path to the river Norðurá.

Lake Hreðavatn is partly on our land. Nice trout fishing in the lake. Students from Bifrost university love to pick-nick below the fall in Kiðá river and jump of the cliff into the pool.
Our guests can be permitted to fish for trout and arctic char from the shore south of the river Kiðá. It can only be reached by foot from the parking lot in Jafnaskarðsskógur woodland.

Excellent swimmingpool both indoor and out. Three slides and three hot tubs of various temperatures, nice steam room too. A must for all ages to rest and play at the pool.

Wonderful spa for relaxing at the end of the day with many hot tubs and saunas as well as heated room with relaxing chairs and fireplace, nice restaurant too. Not child friendly, i.e. no slides or other activity offered.
