Our #1 choice in Milwaukee. Super tiny, chef-owned restaurant with perpetually changing menu and never a dish we haven't loved. With an almost secret atmosphere, the whole place seats maybe 15 people (and as such note that *you cannot be seated until your whole party arrives*). Definitely call ahead to check how full they are (no reservations); most likely to not have to wait during weekdays and off hours.

This place will make you think twice about (what were previously) your favorite ice cream brands... unbearably thick and ridiculously creamy, with a million unexpected (often unheard-of) flavors. Make sure you tell them it's your first time visiting, and they will probably offer to let you sample literally every flavor. The best!
