Great Beach on edge of Green River. I have been many times and enjoyed the splendor of the towering bluffs and peaceful sound of the green river passing by. Great place to have fun and get some sun.

Awesome cold water geyser.
Great State park with some of the most unique features in the area. This park was used to film scenes from the science fiction/comedy movie "Galaxy Quest".

Sightseeing
Old ghost town at Thompson, UT I-70 Exit. Still has old General store wall standing and other building foundations and walls.
Road is a little rough, but most 2 wheel drive cars can make. (Drive this one at your own risk)

De-commissioned/abandoned U.S. Military Missile Launch Complex. Used during Cold War from 1964 to 1975 to test and launch missiles that would land in White Sands, NM.
Still owned by Federal Government and is considered private property. Gates are open so you can take a peek at it. Road to missile site is a bit rough with major parts of the asphalt deteriorating or collapsing. (This adventure is at your own risk)
