This is a beautiful reserve - just pay by donation- with lots of great hikes. Buck lake follows the shores of the lake and the Turtle/clear trail follows small lakes but then goes along a creek to Ethan's shale which when the water is flowing fast has a pretty water fall

South Limberlost RoadThis is a beautiful reserve - just pay by donation- with lots of great hikes. Buck lake follows the shores of the lake and the Turtle/clear trail follows small lakes but then goes along a creek to Ethan's shale which when the water is flowing fast has a pretty water fall
This year my daughter and friends rented stand up paddle boards from algonquin outfitters and paddled to the falls. She said it was a beautiful day. you may be able to canoe or kayak there if you prefer.

Oxtongue River - Ragged Falls Provincial Park
1050 Oxtongue Lake RdThis year my daughter and friends rented stand up paddle boards from algonquin outfitters and paddled to the falls. She said it was a beautiful day. you may be able to canoe or kayak there if you prefer.
It is a short hike in (10-15 minutes) to a pretty waterfall. The teens like to swim below the falls.
