Welcome to Waterside Drive

Welcome to Market Drayton Address: 5 Waterside Drive, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 1HU The lock box for the keys to the home is located on the rear of the home where you enter through the gate from the parking space. Fridge: The fridge is turned on. There is no need to turn it off when you leave. There is a folder with directions for appliances which is to the left side of the washing machine in the lowest drawer. Also please do not turn off the outlet switches when you leave. Coffee table in living room. The coffee table can be raised to serve as a desk, or (computer) table. There is also local area information in the desk space below. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large closet for your personal belongings. Next to the master bedroom is a bedroom with a large double bed that sleeps 2 adults and a closet. Our nightly rate is for two guests. For additional guests, we charge 5 pounds per night - children are excluded from this extra charge. We allow pets. The only rule concerning pets is that they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Future guests may be allergic to cat or dog hairs. Thank you for your cooperation. There is a £30 charge for cats or dogs. We have underfloor heating on the main floor and all you have to do is set the thermostat located on the wall in the front room, to the temperature you desire. It may take a little while for the floor to heat up about 1/2 hour or so. The password for the WiFi is 9BN4BQYM. The WiFi name is TalkTalkAAFD8B. There is Netflix available on our TV. Using the black remote, turn on the TV and press the Netflix button. Four icons will appear. Please use the Guest icon. There is a large black box on the patio which contains the cushions for the seats. The key to the lock is located inside the front entrance hanging on the wall by the door. Please put the cushions back in the box and lock it at the end of each day and when you leave. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Everything should be ready. However, checkout time should be adhered to strictly as the cleaner will come in to clean the home. Shopping in Market Drayton. There is an Asda supermarket down Stafford Street. Walking Distance. There is a Lidl on Frogmore Road. Also walking distance though a little further. There is a Morrisons off of Cheshire Street on Mear Lane which is within easy driving distance. Every Wednesday is a market day in town. You can walk to it. Cricket Club: The cricket club is located on Betton Rd just beyond the bridge on Betton Rd. They have a gym for those who are athletically inclined. On a Friday night starting around 6PM the facility is open for a pint. Highly recommended. Restaurants: The Hippodrome. This restaurant is part of the Wetherspoon chain. They have specials every night of the week. Specials are usually under £15 for two and include a drink. Terrific value. The Gingerbread Man. Driving distance. Located at the roundabout on the A53. Good meals. 5 min. by car Wharf Tavern: Situated on the Shropshire Union Canal. Very pleasant and good food. Pubs: The Red Lion. Walking distance. A number of neighbors visit this establishment on a Friday night. Local Brews. The Stag's Head. Walking distance. Next to the Red Lion. The Tudor House is in the heart of town. Within walking distance. National Trust Sites worthy of a visit around Market Drayton: Please note: There is a National Trust Site map and book in the coffee table. 1. Attingham Park SY4 4TP 2.
