My favorite coffee shop in Boulder is a 7-minute walk away. Coffee is an art form here. Also, there's an amazing charcuterie + cheese shop attached where you can sample everything. It gets busy, but it's worth the wait.

A little upscale, but their happy hour is out of this world. Get the charcuterie plate and a glass of wine. The outdoor patio is great for a weekend brunch.

A Boulder institution! Cheap, delicious, and oh-so-hippy-dippy. I don't even like the Grateful Dead and I LOVE this place. Always busy but worth the wait. Burgers are amazing and the fries are truly special.

Truly the most amazing liquor store I've ever visited, and it's a short walk away. Try Colorado's awesome local beers and ciders. My faves are Upslope, Left Hand, and Stem Ciders.
