This garden looks little from the outside but take it's trail and you'll discover a beautiful paradise! There is a great look out at the end of the trail where you can enjoy peace that only nature can provide. To buy your entrance go to the restaurant with the same name.

This place is a little treasure tucked into this Valley. about 20 years ago a Biologist and the pioneer of the Valley worked together to create a place that helps bring understanding to the nature around them.
There is a Natural History Museum you can visit and see a quetzal and other animals. Donations are appreciated

Weather
San Gerardo is at 7,000 feet or 2133.6 meters. Our home includes warm blankets and a fireplace to help with the cold. But keep in mind it will be cold at night but can be fixed with a light sweater.
