This is a free bouldering trail. It’s about 2 miles from the entrance of a Chimney Rock. It is 1.6 miles long with lots of bouldering options. Rock climbing is most popular in the winter time but the trail and boulders are available year round. This trail is also dog friendly if on a leash.

Hands down the best view along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a short .7 mile hike there and back to get stunning 360 degree views. It’s a bit of a drive from the house but the views are my favorite and totally worth the drive.

The hike and waterfall is a bit of a drive from the house but worth it only if you are dedicated and get an early start

All religious backgrounds are welcome.

It's a bit of a drive to get here but I love this hot spring resort. They pump the natural hot springs into private hot tubs. They have 3 walls so you can over look the river or view. The delux package comes with a fire place which is worth it on cool days/nights. (Shoji Spa is closer)

315 Bridge StIt's a bit of a drive to get here but I love this hot spring resort. They pump the natural hot springs into private hot tubs. They have 3 walls so you can over look the river or view. The delux package comes with a fire place which is worth it on cool days/nights. (Shoji Spa is closer)
