Approx 5 minutes from the cabin, Snow Summit 1 of the 2 skiing territories in Big Bear Lake. They have several restaurants too! Great ski runs.

TROPICALI is Voted best Poke bowl in...California I believe. I really enjoyed the spicy tuna bowl and my husband like the shredded mean with rice. The portions could be bigger...but the quality is awesome. It feels like a vacation to Hawaii right in our little mountain village.

I love grabbing a bottle of wine with lunch or dinner and sitting outside near the firepits or on the upstairs balcony overlooking the village. Good wine list and service.

I love the green burrito and the cadillac margarita here! I usually sit in the bar with my husband but they have larger tables for groups in the dinning area.

I'm a WINE LOVER and this place delivers on a variety of California wines by the glass or bottle to enjoy there or take home. My favorite is their High Altitude brand as it's strong and bold reds. They often have live music too.

Please always check road conditions before traveling. There are 3 main ways up and down the mountain. Due to our extreme weather situation many times a road is blocked due to weather or accidents or repairs. Check this website before leaving and safe travels! https://roads.dot.ca.gov

Big Bear Lakes has a Welcome center location at 40824 Big Bear Blvd. The are a great resource of information, you can also call +1 (800) 424-4232. It’s a great place to pick up a map and find out about activities and events, buy lift tickets, rent a bike, etc.
