The tallest building in Bangkok has the best city views. There's also a bar with music for chilled night time hangs. Being a touristy spot there's a few rip offs around so be sure to get a metered taxi! At the top is a revolving roof top which is super cool!

Really nice food (green chicken curry and cashew nut chicken come highly recommended). Good price, air con and free WiFi. The menu has anything you could possibly feel like eating!

Great restaurant. Uniquely decorated. Menu has lots of different options (including the best beef spaghetti I've had in thailand). Lots of drink options too. All at very reasonable prices. Really pleasant staff, free WiFi and comfortable seating. Big fan of this place.

There's also the standard Thai dishes, quality fish and sweet stuff too. Their coffees and smoothies are awesome! All fairly reasonably priced (you can pay for a membership card and get 10% discount for a year).

Getting Around
Is the start of the purple underground line. Also has a free bus which takes you to the other underground line (takes 5 minutes and runs every few minutes). There's taxis and motorbike taxis there too!

The MRT station at Tao Poon is very efficient and the best way to avoid traffic jams. This station can take you on the blue line straight in to Chatuchak, Sukhumvit, Silom or on the purple line to various local markets.
