We are huge fans of Lustre Pearl ( locations on Rainey st, LustrePearlEast and the newest LustrePearlSouth).
Always great staff, ping pong, games, outside and inside seating, great locations, and usually a food truck :)
The Rainy street Lustre Pearl (the closest & OG) has Tommy Want Wingy (hot wings- yum) and an upper deck with views of downtown. Plus, you’re right in the action of Rainy street (started by the woman who created it!)
