Great looking park! It's pretty small and doesn't have a playground, but it really is a hidden gem. It has a dirt trail and a paved pathway. It even has an attachment out to the water. The park is kept clean, has multiple tables for picnic and is super gorgeous It also has clean restrooms. The women's side has diaper changing station, trash can, toilet seat cover, running water and soap. Great sunset view and lake access.

Secluded Snow Play Location

With the National Forest just steps away from this cabin why wouldn't you have a little fun and then warm up to some hot cocoa. Even during busy season this area is wide open with plenty of space to sled, build a snowman, or snow fight. At the end of the cul-de sac you'll arrive at SB National Forest. Walk up the hill about 150-200 feet and you'll hit the trails where you'll find many areas for snow play. It's so secluded because there's no parking allowed in the surrounding area.

Food scene

Nice ambiance. Outdoor and indoor seating, upstairs bar/lounge self seating but no kiddos. Parking right on the street. Food and drinks were wonderful, and the service was excellent. I recommend their calamari, edamame, truffle fries, wedge salad, and burgers. I've heard their ribeye steak is delicious but haven't tried it just yet. Negatives- no reservations allowed, and during peak season you may wait over an hour. Honestly, during peak seasons you'll expect a wait at most restaurants in the village so I recommend you check-in no later than 6:00pm on weekends. Peak season - May-August, December-February. Enjoy!

It's your normal pizza, beer, and wings place. This place is a 4-star for me but I still recommend it if you're in the mood for pizza and beer. Negatives - no reservations, and during peak season you'll want to get here by 6:30 at the latest. Often times they get so busy that they stop taking guest an hour before closing. In fact, most places in the village will stop taking guest an hour prior to closing. It's important to note, they don't manage their wait list well so check-in often.

Tropicali (Poke, Hawaiian, Sushi) If you love Poke or Hawaiian food, then this is the place to go. It's a very unique experience and the owners are very passionate with their service and food. Although I highly recommend this place, I must say it's a bit pricy for the portion size.

The title says it all. Good burgers and great options for the kids. My kids loved the strawberry apple sauce (big portions). This place is a bit loud and not much seating available but otherwise a great option.

Hands down one of the best burgers you'll ever have. Prepare for up to an hour wait during busy season.

Fun activities

Alpine Slide, Go-Karts, Mineshaft Coaster, Mini Golf, Soaring eagle. Lots of fun for sure but it can get a bit pricy in my opinion so if you're on a budget, this is not the place. Alpine slide - $9 per ride or $40 for 5 rides. I occasionally treat our family of 5 for $40, in and out in 15-20 minutes but the ride itself is approx. 2 minutes. Enjoy!
