The food is prepared to perfection! The team in The Blue Apron are very accommodating but you must book well in advance as its an award winning restaurant that can be booked out!

The sculptures are the main gig in the park.....fascinating and at one with their environment. An absolute must for any visitor to Ireland, a hidden gem in the middle of the country.
